Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

We do not provide monetary refunds for returned items.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses.

Store Credit:

Upon returning the item, you will receive store credit equal to the original purchase price.

Store credit can be used towards future purchases at Fix Appliance Parts.

Store credit does not have an expiration date.

Exchange or Replacement:

 If the item is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or provide a replacement.

The exchange or replacement is subject to product availability.

If the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit equal to the original purchase price
